Nutrition and the Developing Mind Conference, Oct. 15-16
The UC Davis Center for Mind and Brain (CMB) Summit Series is an annual workshop designed to bring top scholars to UC Davis to discuss an important, emerging aspect of minds and brains. "Nutrition and the Developing Mind" takes place on October 15 and 16, and explores the relationship between early nutrition and neurodevelopment. Keynote speakers include: Michael Georgieff, MD - Early Nutrition and the Brain: Should we be concerned?, John Colombo, Ph. D - LCPUFA Supplemental and Developmental Outcomes, and Martha Neuringer, Ph. D - Nutrients for the Developing Eye and Brain: Insights from Monkey Models.
